The comprehensive study on the InsurTech market gives insurers and distributors an overview of selected providers who are already successful players or service providers in the insurance industry. As one of 26 companies, e-bot7 was able to contribute its expertise in AI-based technologies for the insurance sector. The examined companies offer a particularly high added value for the insurance sector due to the constant development of technological competencies.
50 companies were analysed in the study, of which e-bot7 was able to convince in the category of providers of artificial intelligence in customer service.
The participants in the study were asked what relevance new technologies have now and in the future for the business model of insurers and for the insurance industry in general. The majority of the study participants noted machine learning, artificial intelligence and data analytics as most important for their own business model. These technologies are already successfully implemented by insurers today to meet changing customer expectations.
In the InsurTech study, e-bot7 was highlighted as the provider of the leading platform for Conversational AI in the following categories along the entire value chain: product development, sales & distribution, claims management, customer service and analytics & reporting.
The study shows: customer service for insurers has a great need for fast and simple communication that AI-based chatbots can support. The earlier a company integrates innovative technologies such as AI in the course of digitisation, the better and faster it can benefit from the technology in order to perfectly adapt it to the needs of customers. Companies can already achieve a competitive advantage today by enriching their customer service with AI solutions. The services of e-bot7 help to improve the relationships with customers and at the same time focus on cost efficiency and scalability.
