Together with LivePerson, e-bot7 attended the Customer User Experience Expo in London from November 16-18, 2021. While there, we were able to exhibit how Conversational AI defines the customer service journey through our Agent+AI solution, which enables accuracy, efficiency, and reliability when handling customer requests. 

Our Country Manager Benelux, Fred van Westerop, was interviewed by CX Today’s William Smith discussing how e-bot7 helps companies in developing a customer centric focus through Conversational AI. “We’re all about clever conversations, and be more understanding of what the [customer] relationship is all about,” explains Fred van Westerop. We are thrilled to continue expanding out digital expertise ahead in the field of AI together with LivePerson.
