e-bot7, the leading provider for Conversational AI in customer service, has won the E-Commerce Germany Awards in the category “Best Innovation”. The award ceremony was held during the E-Commerce Berlin Expo, which took place for the 6th time in May. This award category recognises the best innovation implemented in e-commerce, redefining e-commerce services.
