The AI-based Chatbot James supports service agents in answering recurring inquiries about HR-relevant topics, such as the application process, apprenticeships and internships.
Recently, Audi reached 20,000 chats with our hybrid Conversational AI solution. The company announced the news via their LinkedIn page on May 26th, 2022:
20,000 chats and more to come! This week, our career chatbot cracked the magic mark of 20,000 chats. Since August 2020, our hybrid chatbot technology has been answering all questions about careers at Audi AG. With thousands of visits every day, the Audi career website is the perfect case for a bot solution that supports recurring inquiries around HR topics.
In collaboration with our technology partner e-bot7 – AI for Customer Service, we implemented an AI-based chat solution to make it as easy as possible for users to find the right information. The chatbot is constantly learning, but also recognises when individual answers are needed. Instead of referring to contact forms at this point, the chatbot forwards the question directly to our career advisors, who then deal with the concerns personally.
With an automation rate of over 80%, we were able to increase efficiency while still answering complex questions and providing an excellent user experience through the hybrid approach.
