#1 CV Screening.

We will take a maximum of 2 days to review your CV and get back to you.

#2 First Call/Video.

Depending on the position and seniority, we may ask you to submit a video or invite you to a first call.

#3. Team Lead & Founders Interview.

You will go through an interview round with your future team lead and the founders to further discuss your experience and skill set.

#4. Challenge/Case Study.

Depending on the position, you will be given a task to complete.

#5 Team Interview.

You’ve made it this far! The team interview is a chance for you and the team to get to know each other better.

What kind of people are you looking for?

Decisions are based on the candidate’s job-related skills, experience, competencies and potential. But in general, we look for driven, open-minded, and collaborative fellow e-boters!

What kind of questions do you ask in interviews?

Our questions focus on understanding your skillset and cultural fit for the role, and getting to know you better. These may include situational and behavioural questions and specific role-related questions.

What is a challenge round?

    1. For Business applicants, it can be a case study, a pitch presentation, depending on the specific role and team. 
    2. For Tech applicants, it will be a coding challenge focused on the language that you will be working in. 

What is the timeframe of the recruitment process?

If you are a fit, we will process your application as fast as we can. You will be receiving information about the next steps after 1-2 days. The entire recruitment process can be as short as 1-2 weeks, to 3-4 weeks depending on the number of steps and everyone’s availability.

When can I hear back for next steps?

Where does the name e-bot7 come from?

Our Co-founders, Xaver and Fabian, came up with it during their university time in Maastricht. “e-bot” because we automate customer conversations via chatbot and “7” because our chatbots are available 24/7.

Sometimes. But we will let you know and ask you for the contact details of your point of reference.

How long has e-bot7 been around for?

We have been around since July 2016.
